This, more often than not, results in a quicker fix, probably quicker than we could get to your premises
Our support contract customers benefit from additional extras including remote monitoring and/or remote management of various critical IT roles. This enables us to scan for failures or irregularities of critical IT services automatically. With this extra level of service we can identify issues and fix support issues before you are aware of a problem. These optional modules include remote monitoring of Windows server 2000/2003, Exchange Server 2000/2003 CPU and Memory usage, Disk drive health and free space, Event log content checking, Network connectivity, ADSL and broadband connectivity, small business server and terminal server.
